The thunderstorm warning is expected through 3:45 p.m. today for the west and southwest side of the Tucson metro area.

Tucson metro area and southern Pima County may experience thunderstorms, and may expect to see gusty winds and rainfall, along with small hail, according to National Weather Service Tucson.

Another active Monsoon was expected today and will remain so through the early evening hours.
The National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Tucson, including south Tucson Monday.
KGUN 9 Meteorologist Cuyler Diggs says those thunderstorms are expected to continue through south and southwest Tucson, with a chance of seeing thunderstorms throughout the metro area. There is a chance the thunderstorms may carry over through Tuesday and Wednesday.
