The CW Tucson is the new on-air home of the Sugar Skulls

TUCSON, Ariz. — The Sugar Skulls open their home season at the Tucson Arena this Sunday at 3 p.m. against the Bismarck Bucks. The game will be televised live locally on The CW, KWBA-TV, Channel 58. It also will be streamed live on YouTube on the IFL YouTube channel for fans outside the viewing area.

“We are excited to have the CW Tucson as the Official Station of the Tucson Sugar Skulls. Together with our Creative staff, KGUN 9 News and Sales, we have worked hard to build a strong local partnership and look forward to a great season ahead.” said Gary Bell, Creative Services Director for KGUN 9 & The CW Tucson.

KGUN 9 News Anchor, Pat Parris and Sports Director, Jason Barr will be live with official Play by Play and UA Wildcat's Chuck Cecil will serve as color commentator for each of the Sugar Skulls' home games. A former NFL defensive coordinator and Pro Bowl player, Cecil will continue to assist the University of Arizona football program as a senior defensive analyst. .

Pat Parris will also be hosting a live digital program called "Inside the Sugar Skulls" on Thursday's at 3:30 PM before every home game. The show can be watched live at kgun9.com/live-video and in the KGUN 9 app and on ROKU, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, and Android TV by searching KGUN.

Season tickets are still available at prices starting at $98. Single-game tickets are as low as $17. The Tucson Sugar Skulls are in their first year of operation as an expansion franchise of the Indoor Football League. The team will play its home games at the Tucson Arena.
