Rich Davis is the Head Chef at Boston Market. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York. Upon graduation, Rich pursued additional training at the Hotel Bayerischer-Hof in Munich, Germany and Hotel Metropol in Arosa, Switzerland. A former instructor for the Culinary Institute, he has been a key player in many fast casual concepts’ development and evolution, including Pizza Hut, McDonalds, and of course Boston Market. Director of Innovations for Park 100 Foods, a privately held food manufacturer of chain restaurant goods in America, Mr. Davis currently leads culinary innovation for Boston Market.
