For the second straight day, Arizona Wildcats quarterback Khalil Tate has been put on a national watch list. The Wildcat junior named to the Davey O'Brien Award watch list.
That award is given each year to the nation's top college quarterback.
Tate is up against 25 other QB's and would be the first Pac-12 quarterback to win the Davey O'Brien Award since Oregon's Marcus Mariota in 2014.
On Monday, Tate was named to the Maxwell Award watch list for the nation's top player.
Last season Tate threw for 1,591 yards and rushed for 1,411 yards. He accounted for 26 Arizona touchdowns.
