TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — The University of Arizona's football program has found its next head coach.
On Wednesday morning, the Wildcats announced that they have hired the New England Patriots' quarterbacks coach Jedd Fisch.
"We are tremendously excited to have Jedd Fisch come to Tucson to reinvigorate our football program and lead us to championships," UArizona Athletic Director Dave Heeke said in a news release Wednesday.

Fisch will replace the recently fired Kevin Sumlin. His career in the NFL includes experience with the Rams, and college experience as the former passing game coordinator with the University of Michigan.
