FLAGSTAFF- It's beginning to look a lot like...winter! Snow has fallen for the season and the slopes are open on Snowbowl.
Per Snowbowl's report, ,12" of powdery snow fell late on Saturday, Dec. 1 into Sunday morning. Also, over the past 72 hours, snowfall reached 28".
For the new snow, scenic rides are $24 for all ages on the Grand Canyon Express chairlift from Dec. 1 through Dec. 4.
Ticket prices for snowbowl are the following :
$79 for adults (18-64) and teens (13-17)
$59 for kids (11-12) and seniors (65-69)
FREE for children ten and under, or, as snowbowl puts it "70 or better."
As of now, 10 of 48 trails are open, with 26-36" serving as the base snow depth.
