Irma Garcia is the second teacher identified in the shooting that took place at Robb Elementary in Texas. She is survived by her four children and husband. She loved BBQ'ing with her family, listening to music and taking country cruises to Concan, Texas.UVALDE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
