Pat's Chili Dogs is now adjusting to a new normal.
Owner Charlie Hernandez said opening has been an adjustment.
Aside from following social distancing guidelines he now has to take extra trips to the store every week because of limits on the essentials like gloves and paper towels.
He says he was able to stay open and offer take-out services with the help of his staff.
As a fixture in Barrio Hollywood, his advice to newer restaurants trying to reopen is to keep your head up and keep your business clean.
