Biscuits Country Cafe closed entirely when the 'stay-at-home' went into effect, and now they are open for business.
The owner says the decision to close was a hard one.
The restaurant reopened yesterday and all employees came back except one.
Before the opening, the owner moved tables around to provide social distancing measures.
He says he is confident that long-time customers will return it will just take time.
Owner Bryan Drake said "It will rise back up. The toughest part is following all the guidelines put out by the health dept. That's the biggest issue because kind of tough when you can only use a third of the restaurant."
The restaurant qualified for a small business loan.
Drake says the loan will help a lot.
They are open seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, located at 7026 East Broadway Boulevard.
