TUCSON, Ariz. — There's an update on a story we brought you a couple of weeks ago, about a motorcycle club who was upset about illegal dumpers trashing the back of their clubhouse at the 2800 block of West Los Reales Road at a nearby Family Dollar store parking lot. KGUN 9 recently went back to the location to find out if the trash was all cleaned up and it turns out our efforts paid off. 9 On Your Side spoke to Tracy Tolleson with the Sun Riders motorcycle club and he says things are getting better.
"We just want the illegal dumping to stop so our guest don't have to witness this mess that's been out here this entire year," Tolleson said

9 On Your Side reached out to Pima County officials and the property owner Dollar Tree who owns the Family Dollar. Both parties said they were working to resolve the situation and there was a dramatic change over a two week period. The Sun Riders couldn't be happier.
"I don't see anything out there now and its been a couple of weeks so that's a good sign. You guys took control of the situation and we really appreciate it," Tolleson said
Right now there are video cameras set-up behind the building to catch dumpers in the act and if caught they can face Pima County fines of $500 per incident.
The Sun Riders are hoping that will keep dumpers at bay for good.
"All of the piles of garbage are gone and that's a bit relief," Tolleson said
