Police say on December 20, 2018, Griffin shot and killed Stewart at a Mobil gas station near Mill Avenue and Baseline Road.
Stewart was trying to fill up a tire on his vehicle at the time.
Police believe Griffin and Stewart had previous conflicts in the past, before the shooting.

He has been booked on multiple felony charges to include 1st degree murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, misconduct involving weapons, unlawful discharge of a weapon assisting a criminal street gang, endangerment and two counts of criminal damage.
