About 500 early ballots did not include the Tucson Unified School District governing board race, Pima County Elections director Brad Nelson said.
Nelson said the county mailed corrected ballots to those affected, and notified them of the situation by phone, letter and email.
"The information provided to those voters included what to do if they had already voted/returned the misprinted ballot," Nelson said via email.
Part of precinct 22 was affected. The area has 3,700 registered voters, and 529 ballots were affected.
The election is Nov. 6.
