TUCSON, Ariz. — A Pima County grand jury has indicted a woman on drug charges two months after she told police she shot and killed two young men in self-defense.

Gentry McPherson, 22, is indicted on nine counts, including possession of a dangerous drug for sale, possession of marijuana, money laundering and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony drug offense.

The shooting happened on Oct. 16 at McPherson's home in midtown Tucson. She told police she found 18-year-old Corey Teixeira and 18-year-old Ali Mohamed trying to break into her house, and she shot and killed them.

A month later, police announced her arrest for the drugs in her home. The grand jury issued their indictment on Monday, Nov. 25.
