TUCSON, Ariz. — Dramatic video from a flooded road near 22nd Street and Kolb Road shows a man pulling two people from a car that appears trapped in roaring floodwaters in the road.
KGUN viewer Daniel Nash sent the video. He calls the man in the video a "hero" and a "Good Samaritan."
A flash flood warning is in effect for parts of Tucson, Vail and Corona de Tucson until 5:15 p.m. Wednesday. A monsoon storm dumped as much as two inches of rain in some areas at around 3:30 p.m.
