UPDATE 12:47 p.m.:
Irwin and Stein Streets have now been cleared, according to Angela Camara, public affairs officer for U.S. Army Fort Huachuca.
Fort Huachuca emergency personnel responded to Nicholson Hall for an individual medical emergency Monday morning.
It was initially thought that the area may be needed to support the landing of a medevac helicopter. This did not end up being the case, Camara stated.
As a matter of privacy, Fort Huachuca will neither identify nor comment on the individual's personal medical emergency.
