Casa Grande police have identified two people found dead in a possible murder-suicide on Monday morning as 56-year-old Rick Miller and 27-year-old Arielle Miller.
According to police, just before 8:30 a.m. officers responded to a report of shots fired at a home near Pinal Avenue and Kortsen Road.
As officers arrived, they located both Rick Miller and Arielle Miller dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
Police say a 31-year-old man was found alive but was suffering from a significant injury due to an apparent gunshot wound.
The third victim was flown to a Phoenix-area hospital where he is undergoing surgery, police said.
No one else was found inside the home.
According to police, early indications in the investigation reveals that the incident is a murder-suicide but they say it is too early to confirm, as well as a motive in the case.
No witnesses have been identified in the case at this time, police said.
