Police in Tucson say they've arrested a suspect in a homicide case on the city's westside.
They say 47-year-old Charles Zanghi was taken into custody without incident Wednesday.
He's been booked into Pima County Jail on suspicion of second-degree murder.
It was unclear Thursday if Zanghi has a lawyer yet.
Officers responded to the area of West Speedway Boulevard and North 11th Avenue on a report of an injured man on the ground early last Sunday.
The caller located a large amount of blood and followed the trail to where the victim was located.
Arriving police found the unresponsive man with obvious signs of sharp force trauma.
He was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the victim's name is being withheld until relatives can be notified.
