TUCSON, Ariz. — Police are asking for the public's help finding a vehicle involved in the fatal shooting of a University of Arizona student over the weekend.
The Tucson Police Department identified 20-year-old Forrest Keys as the student killed in a shooting at the Cherry Avenue Parking Garage late Saturday night.
According to a news release from TPD, police say Keys was walking home at about 11 p.m. when a red or maroon Cadillac sedan passed him by, and someone inside the car started arguing with him. Moments later, shots rang out. University of Arizona Police officers found Keys with gunshot trauma at the scene, and he later died.
Police released a photo of the car believed to be involved in the shooting, described as a 2006-2011 red or maroon Cadillac DTS. Anyone with information can anonymously report to TPD it by calling 520-88-CRIME.
