TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson Police responded to a fatal pedestrian collision near 22nd and Swan Thursday night.
The pedestrian, who has been identified as 36-year-old Justin Howell, was struck by a car while riding a skateboard, TPD says.
Tucson Fire Department also responded, and after life saving measures were exhausted, Howell was pronounced deceased on scene.
TPD says the person driving the vehicle stopped immediately, and cooperated with police. Speed was not a factor in this collision.
No charges have been issued at this time.
This investigation is ongoing.
