TUCSON, Ariz. - Tucson police are investigating a suspicious death on the south side as a homicide.
Police responded to a home near Drexel and South Park January 22nd, and found 72-year-old Leslie Bitker unresponsive.
When they arrived, the man's landlord explained he had gone to the home to check on the victim and found him that way.
Police said there were obvious signs of blunt force trauma.
During the investigation, police said they determined Bitker's injuries were not accidental.
They are now investigating his death as a homicide.
