Tucson police have arrested 18-year-old Anthony Hall on three charges in reference to the fatal collision last night on Oracle Rd.
Hall was charged with second-degree murder, aggravated assault with serious physical injury, and aggravated assault with a dangerous instrument. He was booked into the Pima County Jail.

Tucson police are investigating a single-vehicle collision that occurred late Saturday night at Oracle and Auto Mall Dr.
According to TPD, authorities arrived on the scene at 11:45 p.m. and located two men and one woman inside the vehicle. One of the men and the woman in the front seat of the car were transported to Banner UMC with serious injuries.
The other man in the back seat on the passenger side was pronounced dead at the scene. This man has been identified as 23-year-old Mihir Dixit.
The woman in the front seat has serious, but non-life-threatening injuries, according to TPD.
Detectives were able to determine the driver of the vehicle lost control while traveling southbound on Oracle at a high rate of speed and struck a metal utility pole.
Alcohol appears to be a factor in this collision, police say.
Detectives are continuing to investigate.
