On Tuesday, Tucsonans will narrow the field of candidates in the Tucson city council primary -- this one conducted by mail.

Three seats are up for election.

For Ward 3, where Karin Uhlich retired, Democratic candidates Felicia Chew, Paul Durham, Tom Tronsdal, and write-in candidate Dan Linhart are vying to appear on the November ballot.

In Ward 6, voters will choose between two Green Pary candidates, Michael Oatman and Mike Cease.

Ward 5 is uncontested, meaning Richard Fimbres is essentially re-elected.
