Three suspects have been arrested in connection with a homicide that happened on the southwest side in December.
The victim was 36-year-old Richard Jensen.
On Friday, 26-year-old Jessica Rodriguez and 35-year-old Aaron Health were arrested in Tucson.
Jessica Rodriguez's brother, 28-year-old Joel Rodriguez was arrested in Phoenix.
Jessica Rodriguez was booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex for one count of Conspiracy to Commit 1st Degree Murder.
Heath was booked for one count of 1st Degree Murder.
Joel Mr. Rodriguez was booked into the Maricopa County Jail for one count of 1st Degree Murder.
The investigation is ongoing.
On December 11, the homicide happened in the 1000 block of East Fenley Drive.
Jensen was declared dead at the hospital.
