The Tucson Police Department said Shaun Geoffrey Garcia was arrested and taken into custody without incident and booked into Pima County Jail Wednesday.
Garcia was issued a felony arrest warrant on August 8, 2018 as police continued to investigate into the deadly car crash that happened on February 7, 2018 which killed Jered James Naill, 34.
Naill and Garcia collided with a piece of construction equipment in the 2000 block of W Valencia Road.
U.S. Marshals Arizona Wanted Violent Offender Task Force found Garcia at a residence in the 8100 block of East Daniella Circle. He was arrested on counts of Negligent Homicide, Manslaughter and Aggravated DUI.
