According to PCSD, 52-year-old Troy Lanz was on the property and barricaded in the house, refusing to come out.
Lanz had a felony warrant for his arrest and deputies requested that the Pima Regional SWAT Team respond.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department responded to reports of a trespassing incident at the 7600 block of East Benson Highway.
Deputies requested the SWAT team due to the suspect's history, and successfully located and arrested the individual without incident.
The suspect faces charges of felony trespassing and has outstanding felony warrants.
