In celebration of Sun Link's 4th anniversary, the transportation service is offering free rides to everyone.
On Saturday, July 28, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. Tucsonans can ride the Sun Link for free. The free rides are sponsored by Main Gate Square and Rio Nuevo.

Sun Link will also celebrate its anniversary with live performances onboard the streetcar.
Live performances on the Sun Link streetcar include:
- 2:00 p.m performance by Nothing More
- Board at the westbound stop on 6th Ave/Congress St
- 5:00 p.m. performance by Alien Atmosphere
- Board at the Board at the Main Gate Square stop on Tyndall Ave/University Blvd.
- 6:00 p.m. performance by Jimmy Carr & the Awkward Moments
- Board at the Mercado San Agustín stop on Avenida del Convento/Congress
- 8:30 p.m. performance by Brooke Sample
- Board at the Main Gate Square stop on Tyndall Ave/University Blvd.
