State has plan to curb summer potholes

Posted

Construction crews are working to stop potholes from causing trouble during summer months, KGUN9's Carlos Herrera reports.

Because the rise in summer heat translates to more road repairs, the Arizona Department of Transportation  is working to stop street from breaking down.

Experts say drivers can expect to see more dips in the roads due to cars moving on softer pavement.

Crews are resurfacing local streets over the summer.
