PHOENIX — Phoenix police arrested a woman for driving under the influence after a collision occurred at 24th Street and University Drive.
According to police, the woman also had an unrestrained child in her vehicle.
Police say on the afternoon of December 6, they responded to a collision at the above intersection.
There were no injuries in the crash; however, police say 25-year-old Tkeyah Diandra Dawson was found to be intoxicated.
Dawson was allegedly had a .174 B.A.C.
Police also found Dawson's three-year-old child in the car with her.
Police say the child was in the back seat, but "was not restrained in a child safety seat."
Dawson was arrested and charged with extreme aggravated DUI.
