TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson police responded to a hit-and-run involving a pedestrian Wednesday night.
TPD says all northbound traffic on South Kolb Road was shut down from East Calle Betelgeux to East 29th Street.
The pedestrian, a minor, has life-threatening injuries.
