The Arizona Department of Public Safety is asking for help in locating a missing 68-year-old Sells man.
Isaac Carlos was last seen on March 4, when he went for a walk in the area of Federal Route 19 and Main Street in Sells and never returned.
Family members advised authorities Carlos has dementia and has wandered off before.
He was last seen wearing a hat, brown flannel jacket, purple t-shirt and blue jeans. He is described as an American Indian or Alaska Native man approximately 5'04" and 140 pounds.
Anyone with information is urged to call 9-1-1 immediately.
