TPD has confirmed that three men have died from the shooting at Lakeside Park, on the corner of Pantano Road and Stella Road.

One was an adult male in his early 20's and the other two were teens.

Based on information TPD has gathered, Sergeant Pete Dugan said that a vehicle carrying a group of men arrived at Lakeside Park and encountered two individuals on foot.

For unknown reasons, the two groups exchanged fire, prompting onlookers to call the police.

When police arrived on the scene, they found three men on the ground with gunshot wounds and
a good Samaritan was giving one of the men CPR.

TPD took over immediately, pronouncing one man dead and resuming medical attention on the other two.

When the Tucson Fire Department arrived, they transported the men to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Shortly after arriving at the hospital, they were pronounced dead.

Dugan told media that TPD's homicide unit, aggravated assault unit and gang unit are all investigating the incident.

Dugan made it clear that TPD is not sure if the incident was gang-related, but that they are considering all angles.

One man that was at the scene fled on foot and police are still unable to find him.

TPD is still looking for information.
