Tucson police say a second suspect in a Sunday homicide turned himself in.

Police say 23-year-old Fredric Stephen Bayles surrendered to police, a day after fellow suspect 33-year-old Davaress Davon Bolden turned himself into Phoenix police.

Both men are accused of killing a 64-year-old man at Venon nightclub Sunday.

According to Sgt. Kimberly Bay with TPD, members of Tucson Fire Department responded to reports of an assault at Venom Nightclub located at 1104 S. Craycroft Rd on June 25, 2017.

A man was located in the restroom of the nightclub with signs of trauma.

The man was transported to Banner UMC with life-threatening injuries and died later that night. He has been identified as 64-year-old Tommy Hook.

Detectives have learned that Hook was inside the restroom when he was assaulted by two men. Police say he was knocked unconscious and left in the restroom.
