Scottsdale police are seeking the public's help in identifying a so-called "person of interest" in the death of a homeless woman who was sexually and violently assaulted on the patio of a business early the morning of June 24.
Police said Monday that 70-year-old Paulette Larwinski died June 30 of her injuries after being hospitalized in critical condition.
According to police, the person of interest observed on surveillance video is Caucasian or Hispanic, male, 20 to 30 years old, between 5.5-6 feet (1.7-9 meters), between 170-200 pounds (77-91 kilograms) with dark hair.
The business is near Indian School Road and Drinkwater Boulevard.
