Phoenix police say a suspect is being sought in the fatal shooting of a man in an apartment Tuesday morning.
Sgt. Mercedes Fortune says the male suspect drove off in a four-door silver vehicle with minor collision damage to its right side.
The incident occurred on the 1700 block of West Mountain View Road near North 19th and West Dunlap avenues.
