Tucson police arrested Ralph Pops Carter in connection with a homicide in the 2600 block of East Fort Lowell, according to Sgt. Kimberly Bay, a spokeswoman for the department.
Carter was booked into Pima County Jail and faces charges of first degree murder, armed robbery, theft of means of transportation and unlawful flight from a law enforcement vehicle.
Bay say Carter killed 53-year-old Juan Martin Cuen-Amavizca.

Police were also looking for a missing vehicle from the scene of the homicide similar to the picture below.

Bay says the van has been located by officers. At this time, a man has been detained.
A plain-clothes officer spotted the van at 11th Avenue and 22nd Street. The officer then called in the vehicle description to marked patrol cars.
Officers located the vehicle and attempted to make a traffic stop, the van did not stop and a pursuit ensued.
Police deployed spike strips on the van and it came to a stop in the 9000 block of West Tangerine Road.
Bay says no one was injured during the incident and there were no vehicle collisions.
The driver of the van surrendered peacefully.
