Tucson police were engaged in a standoff at a midtown apartment complex Tuesday.
The scene was at Arcadia Terrace Apartments, 4860 E. Pima St.
Police say the man, who was wanted on a drug-related offense, refused to cooperate with officers. A mental health unit came to the scene to negotiate with the suspect.
