TUCSON, Ariz. - Tucson police arrested a man in connection with a Midvale Park homicide investigation.
Police say Robert J. Ocano, 22, killed 61-year-old Lorraina Martinez Salas in the 1900 block of W. Valencia Road.
Police say the crime was reported at 4 p.m. Tuesday. Officers found Martinez Salas wounded and performed CPR on her before she was prounced dead at the scene.
Officers interviewed witnesses, who said Martinez Salas had provided food to Ocano. Martinez Salas's husband told police he saw Ocano run from tehe apartment.
Ocano faces first degree murder charges. He was booked into Pima County Jail and is being held without bond.
