ORO VALLEY, Ariz. — The Town of Oro Valley is looking to revamp the Oro Valley Marketplace to accommodate a mix of uses on the property.
According to plans on the Town's website, the proposal is to develop two hotels, two apartment complexes and redesign the central open space to be a public gathering spot.
There will be a meeting to discuss the proposal on March 10th at the Oro Valley Council Chambers. The meeting is scheduled from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
