TUCSON, Ariz. - U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers arrested a man wanted for murder in Pima County.
According to the agency, officers arrested Francisco Moreno-Francies when he tried to enter the U.S. through a pedestrian lane at the Port of Douglas.
Authorities turned Moreno-Francies over to Douglas police.

According to his booking summary report, his bond is set at one million dollars.
