A Phoenix Police Department spokeswoman say a suspect and another person described as a victim are injured following a shooting involving police at a convenience store.
Sgt. Mercedes Fortune says no officers were injured in the Wednesday morning incident.
Fortune did not immediately release additional information about the injured people or the circumstances of the incident but news media outlets reported that it occurred during an armed robbery that turned into a barricade situation.
The store is located at South 19th Avenue and West Grant Street.
