TUCSON, Ariz. — The Pima County Sheriff's Department arrested Michael Lewis Arthur Meyer, 40, on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and residential picketing.
PCSD said the charges came from an incident in the "Tucson Mountain" area, where Meyer was disruptive with residents.
