TUCSON, Ariz. — A man experiencing homelessness in Tucson was reunited with his pet this week.
Pima Animal Care Center says they found a dog and gave him back to his owner, David, this week.
A tweet from PACC says their crew "cried happy tears" when the duo got back together.
"If it wasn't for PACC's help, I don't know if my dog would be alive today," David told PACC.
