New children's wing at Tucson Medical Center

Posted

Tucson Medical Center is relocating their pediatric emergency department to make it easier for parents and kids.

Now, kids and parents will enter the new emergency department through the main doors of the children's hospital.

The area is arranged in a horseshoe shape, allowing parents caregivers to spend more time with kids in need of help.

The new location puts the emergency department closer to the existing pediatric wing so doctors can work together more easily.
