NASA, which is known for cutting-edge technology, just made a giant leap forward in video by releasing the first video from the ISS shot entirely in 8K resolution.
But what is 8K video?
It's the next step in ultra high-definition video, featuring sixteen times the resolution of a standard 1080p HD TV.
But because the 8K standard is so new, there are very few TVs available that can display it.
