SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. — The Nancy J. Brua Animal Care Center suspended all adoptions and animal visits due to confirmed cases of parvo.
The center's staff is taking measures to prevent the spread, which was identified at the shelter on Friday.
The shelter will be open for other services and will reopen in about two weeks.
Nancy J. Brua Animal Care Center says “In the meantime, we urge pet owners to hold off on surrendering any animals to our shelter until we resume normal operations.”
