MARANA, Ariz. — A Marana Police Officer will not face any criminal charges in a March Deadly Shooting.

Tonight KGUN 9 has obtained the Body Camera footage.

We want to warn you that some of the footage and audio is graphic.

A woman called 9-1-1 to report she was being stabbed at a home on Crimson Ridge Drive near Silverbell & Twin Peaks.

Officer Steven Copp arrived alone and found the resident out front with stab wounds who indicated two visitors were inside.

The officer enters the home and yells for the man on top of the woman to drop his knife.

Police say when the man does not drop his knife. The officer shot and killed him.

The man was identified as 24-year-old Juan Padilla.

The Pima County Attorney's Office determined that Padilla had just stabbed two people and said "just shoot" -- that suggested he no longer was concerned for his own safety and forced Officer Copp to use deadly force.
