The divorce of Jessica Lelevier and Joshua Lelevier, mother and step-father of Jayden Glomb, was finalized at Pima County Superior Court today.
The information was released by Randle Palfreyman & Meshel, PLLC, who represent Jessica.
Joshua is accused of killing his stepdaughter, Jayden Glomb, and dumping her body. Lelevier is facing several charges including murder, abandonment of a body, and sexual exploitation of a minor.
The firm also announced that their client Jessica, gave birth to a healthy baby boy last Saturday. Jessica and the baby are recovering and resting with the support of family and friends.
Jessica would like to express her heartfelt gratitude for the continued outpouring of support from the community, according to the media release.
