Phoenix police say a standoff has ended with the arrests of two people sought since an officer-involved shooting Monday.
Police say a man and a woman were found early Tuesday at a home which the woman left soon after officers arrived but that the man didn't surrender until after police forced him to leave the home.
Both were sought after they fled from a traffic stop in which an officer received minor injuries when he was struck by the suspects' car and then dragged as the suspects drove away.
The officer fired one shot at the fleeing suspects who abandoned their vehicle a few blocks away.
That incident occurred near 53rd Avenue and McDowell Road. The barricade situation occurred near 25th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
