A man who is about 80 years old was transported after he was stung up to one hundred times in Marana on Sandario Rd. between Grier and Barnett..
Brian Keeley with Northwest Fire District tells KGUN9 that crews were at the Valley of the Sun Mobile homes and RV parking.
About 20 people were stung, including first responders and near by neighbors.
Management told KGUN 9 News Reporter, Jennifer Martinez that the man stayed overnight
"I saw a man coming across and I can tell he was covered in bees running down screaming," says Jim Litchenstein.
Litchenstein says, "I grabbed a broom and began sweeping the bees off his back."

The bee swarm is still active and exterminators have been called to the scene.
A Beekeeper, Allen Loy lives in the area where the incident happened. He says, his job was to find the bee hive.
Management for the mobile home called in an exterminator to evaluate the scene.
Management tells me they did in fact find a hive. It has been removed. @kgun9
