A man was sentenced to probation after pleading guilty of solicitation to commit third-degree burglary and one count of criminal damage.
On Monday, June 5, Police identified Herman Archuleta as a suspect and confirmed that he was released from the hospital to be booked into Pima County Jail.
Prince road was reopened from Flowing Wells to Fairview following the police incident.

According to Sgt. Bay with Tucson Police, a call was received about a burglary in progress at a mattress business.
Police said a man was inside the business and refused to come out.
The suspect surrendered peacefully and was in the hospital for heat-related issues.
Archuleta will serve 18 months of probation and undergo cognitive skills training per probationary instruction.
